We collect only the information needed to provide our service and respond to enquiries. This includes:

• Contact details you provide via our enquiry form: your name, email address, and business name.
• Financial data you share with us for the purpose of building your dashboard, such as exports from Xero, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
• Basic usage data collected automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited (via standard web server logs).

We do not collect payment card details directly. Any payments are handled by a third-party processor and we do not store card information on our systems.

How we use your data

We use your data only for the purposes you would reasonably expect:

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss whether NetReport is a good fit for your business.
• To build and maintain your financial dashboard as part of our service.
• To send you your monthly dashboard and written summary.
• To improve our website and service based on general usage patterns.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Financial data and confidentiality

Any financial data you share with us is treated as strictly confidential. We work from exported copies of your data only and never request direct access to your accounting software, banking, or any live systems.

Your financial data is used solely to produce your dashboard and reports. It is not shared with any third party, referenced in any case study, or used for any purpose beyond the delivery of your service without your explicit written consent.

How we store and protect your data

Data shared with us is stored securely. Files are held on password-protected systems and are not transmitted or stored in unencrypted form. We use reputable cloud services with their own security standards for storage and communication.

We retain your data for as long as you are an active client and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of queries. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so promptly, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Third-party services

Our website uses the following third-party services:

• Formspree - contact form processing. Your name and email are passed to Formspree when you submit an enquiry. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or any form of cross-site tracking.
